Lovingly referred to as ''The Swan Victorian'', this gorgeous, historic home has a rich history. As far as we can tell, it was first owned by Mr. Maxwell from Boston, Massachusetts in the early 1900s. Many locals will remember it as a nursing home in the 1990s.
