Recessed lighting has been added to master bedroom. ALL hardware on all doors has been replaced and all drawer and door pulls in all three bathrooms replaced as well. The Master shower has been replaced with a NEW frameless glass shower. Two new high end Robern medicine cabinets have been added to the master bath as well as a new vanity light fixture. The home has had Lutron Casita and Maestro dimmer switches added for lighting throughout. The middle bath vanity light fixture has been replaced and in the living room, accent lighting has been added and there's more! The TV in living room conveys with home (the sound system for the TV does not convey....this is a different system than the whole house system that does convey). Please keep in mind that this is a community where nudity is allowed at the clubhouse, tennis courts, and other amenities. However, because nudity is never allowed within view of the streets and because the back yards are completely fenced in, you can entertain non-nudist guests in your home, lanai, or back yard while keeping the nature of your neighborhood a secret, if desired. Homeowners in this community will be required to join the American Association of Nudist Recreation.
