Nice 1 acre lot within city limits with some privacy. Owner was told land has a well and septic when she bought the property but we have no knowledge of condition as she never lived here. I was told by Water Department that Public water is up the street and could be connected, but would need a meter and a bit of boring to bring to the property. Victorian home on property is a tear down and given no value.
