Directions:Access is along Gillham, not 36th st car lot gate access...go around corner at Gillham and there is a door. you will use the access code given in Broker Bay to open locked door with keypad. then access lock box with 'Milton' written on it. use code provided by broker bay to access. Pull out key fob. go to door right there to the left of the lock box (closest to the pool). press button on fob and hold directly up against the black circle on the door knob so that they match up and are touching. this should turn a different color light, which means its unclocked. twist the BLACK knob (not the door knob). open door and walk down the steps, through three door ways to the other side of the building. go up two stairs and unit three is there with a lockbox. use that lock box code from broker bay to access door. You can open door on other side to view parking space, but keep in mind need fob to get back in.
