This land is amazing! At the rear of the property, it is bordered by a creek and an open area that is serene and peaceful. Most of the land is wooded and dry. There is no evidence of the property having standing water except on the far border of the property where the creek goes through. Located in Logan Twp, this property has a lot to offer. This land is presently zoned R-5. The land is amazing for hunting both deer and ducks. It is wooded with a mix of trees with oaks and other species of trees.
