Allure Loop is just that, with very little traffic and nestled in the villages of Buttonwood. As the listing agent, I live right up the street and can assure you it takes by golf cart approximately 13 minutes to arrive at Sumter Landing (4 miles), 22 minutes to get to Spanish Springs Square (7 miles) and 18 minutes to be in Brownwood (5 miles). I know this because we rented our smaller home up the street three years ago for $6,500/month and we’re not on the golf course!
