Shopping, dining out, medical services and white water rafting in Buena Vista is an estimate 45 minutes away with Denver about two hour to the northeast and Colorado Springs about 90 minutes to the east. A well has not been drilled nor has a septic system been installed but electricity is available on the Stacker Drive side of the lot. This is the perfect lot for those wanting peace and quiet and to enjoy life in the Rocky Mountains. The Ranch is a great community with numerous HOA provided amenities - a full-time Ranch Manager, Buffalo Creek Reservoir, large pavilion where the members' annual meeting and picnic is held, a trash compactor and RV storage lot and dump station for members' use and more.
