The large red tool box, the black tool box, and the freeze dryer sitting on top will be moved before closing. There is also a Kubota tractor with a front load bucket, backhoe attachment, forks attachment, a grapple attachment, and other miscellaneous tractor parts I will offer to the buyer as a separate transaction for $25,000. Everything else conveys with the sale. There is a 16 ft flatbed trailer that can be purchased as well. It is set up primarily for the transport of motorcycles. The kitchen contains the refrigerator with an ice maker, range with glass cooktop, double sink, dishwasher, kitchen island, pantry, and a convection microwave above the range. The pantry also has the adjustable wire shelving as well.The bonus room has hot/cold water PEX plumbing along with a drain pipe in the crawl space should you want to add a bathroom. The dining room light can be adjusted for height. There is a gun safe in the dining room that conveys with the house. The water heater is located behind a panel in the closet in one of the guest bedrooms. The air conditioners MUST be registered on the day of closing using the closing date to receive the ten year warranty. T&W HVAC LLC installed them and informed me to have new owners register them immediately upon closing. Ceilings, walls, and trim have all been painted. Extra paint and materials are in the coat closet near the master bedroom. No gas appliances. All electric. Internet service is currently through Home Telecom, and electricity is through Berkeley Electric Co-op and is turned on. New owners and myself with transfer everything on the day of closing. The Internet modem stays, but the router doesn't.
