Bahia Vista Gulf of Mexico is a lush, garden setting directly on the Gulf of Mexico, a very well established condominium community with one of the best pools and multiple level decks on the beach. The condominium has had many upgrades, hurricane proof windows and sliders give you a safe, secure property, the AC was replaced in 2023. The roofs have been replaced for the entire complex this past fall, Bahia Vista Gulf is being very pro active and replacing the balconies on some buildings, H 243 has already been through this upgrade. The balcony is the best place to view the Gulf of Mexico, sunsets are spectacular from your own condominium. Every Tuesday you will find a beach party directly on the BVG beach, so join right in don't be shy. The condominium at H243 has been very well taken care of, the sellers have replaced the bedroom and bathroom doors with 6-panel doors, there is a Murphy bed in second bedroom installed in 2004, which also converts to more space for entertaining when the bed is not in use. There is a washer and dryer which was replaced in 2021, the disposal replaced in 2024, dishwasher was replaced in 10/2022, the very efficient tankless H2O was replaced in 2010. This condominium actually has 2 balconies, front and back and both have excellent views of the Gulf of Mexico. The condominium is being sold furnished only a few items will not convey. Great location in the courtyard, great views from both balconies and furnished. What more can you want, beach, pool, "The Jetty", Crow's Nest, public beach, yoga, beautiful downtown, great health care, new hospital, shopping, I would say Venice has it all!
