You can bring or rent a boat, as the house has access to the Gulf of Mexico via the wide canal system of Cape Coral. Of course, you may use the private boat dock. The nearby Cape Coral Parkway gives easy access to the downtown nightlife, Gulf beaches, more shopping centers, golf courses, and much more.
