As I pass through the community of Woodland Estates and pull into my driveway, I am in awe of my home's beauty! The well-manicured lawn, clean sidewalks and lovely landscaping all catch my eye. The covered patio extends the living space and is the ideal spot for BBQs or just enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning. The yard, with its lush greenery, showcases mature trees keeping the yard cool on hot summer days and feels like a little oasis with all the preserved open land. Another reason why I love my home so much is the convenient location. Nearby is the Elementary school that is within walking distance, walking trails, Veterans Park, Fox Hollow Golf Course, Farmers markets and so many of the big box stores are just a couple of miles away! I love that Route 309 is so close to my home, I will be able to hop from town to town easily! I have found my own piece of paradise, and I can't wait to move in!
