Wooded tract; fairly flat. Note TAD shows the address as 1139 Blodgett Ave; yet, the property is actually located at the NE corner of future E. Fogg St. and future Fairpark Blvd., neither of these streets built out at this time. Have no idea why TAD addresses the property as Blodgett but it is not located on Blodgett. Also I do not know of any restrictions on the property. Buyer will have to check public records or possibly with City of Fort Worth to verify.
