Wonderful Kessler Park home, built in 1925, derives its architectural details from Mission as well as Arts and Crafts homes of the era but is, in the end, its own unique style. The entry and living rooms retain their original proportions keeping the commodious 1925 floor plan intact. The kitchen was added later and it has 50’s era, Geneva brand, steel cabinets, a white tile backsplash and top-of-the line appliances including a Subzero refrigerator freezer and a Viking stove and oven. On the second floor, there are four bedrooms and one bath. The second floor arrangement lends itself to turning one of the bedrooms into a new primary ensuite bath. As a bonus, there is a basement that adds a tremendous amount of additional storage. The front and back yards are irrigated. This is a timeless design for those wanting to put their own stamp on a classic Kessler Park.
