A wide, screened-in porch stretches the entire width of the front of the house, taking in the breeze from the lake, while the lake views are enjoyed from both the porch and the open floor plan of the living room and kitchen. The double doors that open from the living area to the porch are incredibly solid and fit perfectly, and the original windows throughout the house fit securely while opening and closing easily (again, that classic, quality craftsmanship). Currently it's ready to host summer camp-style get-togethers and overnight trips, or with a little work you could make this your year-round residence. The seller is open to including the bunk beds and queen sized bed, as well as various other furniture and accessories so you can start enjoying lake life and making family memories right away! The White Western Beach Home Owner's Association maintains the road and has an extremely low annual fee (only $47 for the year in 2024).
