This is the Elk and Chautauqua County line. The northeast corner to this farm is at the intersection of Road 10 and Valley. From this point, the farm goes 1/2 of a mile south on Road 10 and 1 mile to the west on Valley Road. This pond has cattails and very clear water.The mineral rights do not transfer with the sale of this land. The wells are in the northeast corner.
