This lot is the first one after you see the driveway for 1672 Sayers Rd (silver gate with keypad). My sign is on this lot and there is a dark-colored gate at the front of the property for access. Don't park in the driveway for 1672 Sayers. The front of the property is 150 feet wide, then narrows to 30 feet and opens up to a large back section with pond hidden from the road. You can walk back to the pond section. Please look at the survey. There will be a wooden fence on one side (lot 2) and a gravel driveway on the other side (belongs to 1672 Sayers Rd). NOTE: The sand is deep near the front gate and there is no driveway installed, so either walk or use four wheel drive vehicle to access.
