Hagadorn Hill Road runs through the middle of the property so you would own both sides of the road and have control so no one could build across the street from your home. If you have plans to split a property with a relative or friend to build near each other, this would be a perfect opportunity. Both sides of the property offer some very nice building sites. On the east side of the road are some mature pines and open areas with some overgrown fields and a couple of clearing with some slight elevation above the road. On the west side of the road are approximately 26 acres with about half of it wooded with some mature oak, maple and pines with a small gully and a creek. The west side of the property also has some nice views in the brushy fields that are on the north side of the property. When I walked the land I noticed a good amount of deer trails on the west parcel among the pines near the creek. The majority of the land is gently sloping to the southwest. The east side of the property has approximately 24 acres and consists mostly of overgrown fields with pines and one small area near the north end that would make a good pond site.
