Directions:From Alamosa: Head west on US 160 to the County Line (County Road 6E) and head north. CR 6E turns into Saguache County Road 53 at Twelvemile Road (CR 112) at the stop sign. Continue following CR 53 past Saguache County Road G where the pavement ends. At CR G, it's another ~7.5 miles to the property, which will be on the east side of the road. There is a realty sign o the property located about halfway between the two flowing artesian wells. You can see them in the green, grassy areas. The well just north of the sign has a spigot attached, the one south of the sign is free flowing, and the one north of the well with the spigot is just seeping into the cattails.
