This property is located in the Town of Erin just 15 minutes north of exit 57 from 17/86 highway. It is currently enrolled in the 480A forestry management program which saves almost 80% on your property taxes. The property offers a nice mix of hardwoods and softwoods throughout with some small pine stands and a few open areas up on the hill top in the middle of the property offering a good location for food plots. There are a couple of good access points to unload an ATV or park and walk the property with several established logging roads. The property has frontage on two town roads, Bryan Road and Bartlett Road. The acreage spans across Bartlett Road on both sides of the road which offers plenty of privacy. The topography is almost level on the Bartlett Road side of the property and to the north it is gently rolling and easy to walk. Heading south through the property from Bryan Road, there is a hillside with a gentle grade that opens up into a couple of fields at the top and then spans across to meet up with Bryan Road. When I walked the property, I noticed several wildlife trails and I spotted a ruffed grouse.
