Park off the Highway side and walk to the proprty. About half way between the white sign frame with no signs in it and the Yellow sign on the hwy, there is a black folding gate. This is approximately where the two tracts of land meet. You can walk onto the propery here and you will see from the outside of the property the small white metal building on the property, The neighboring tract of land behind these two tracts is cultivated land. Just outside of the back line of these two tracts there is a creek. Be extremely careful and prepared if you decide to walk the entire land. It is inhabited by large feral hogs. Hunting is the best use of this land. One could lease it out for hunting or create an organization that brought hunters here to hunt. Repeating There are feral hogs on this property. They are or can be dangerous; in fact deadly. Against law to shoot from Hwy right of way; however, perfectly legal to kill all the hogs you want on privately owned property. Be very careful. Hogs usually come out only at night; however, again and again we warn you,be very cautious. There are times of the year when this land may be covered in water. The driveway from Hwy 175 was created; however, over time, it has washed out and you would need to walk to the land or use an AWT, 4 wheeler or something like that to drive to the property.
