An additional .4 +/- acre parcel with 200+ feet of frontage on the south side of Plum Bluff is also included. There is an artesian spring located 3/10ths of a mile from the parcel at the intersection of Plum Bluff Road and River Road. This property is located approximately 15 minutes from Lucedale, 45 minutes from Pascagoula, and about one hour from Mobile. Travelling west from River Road, Its located approximately 1/3 of a mile down Plum Bluff Road at approximately 170 Plum Bluff Road. This tract is about 5 minutes from the popular Plum Bluff Estates, a large collection of camps and cabins around oxbow lakes and the Pascagoula River.
