The gross square footage of any freestanding structure housing a single-family, detached residence shall equal at least thirteen hundred (1,300) square feet. B. The gross square footage of any dwelling within a two-family structure shall equal at least twelve hundred (1,200) square feet. C. Multi-family dwellings shall provide a minimum gross floor area of 600 square feet for efficiency units, 700 square feet for one-bedroom units, plus 120 square feet for each additional bedroom.
