This property is located near Thomaston, Marengo Co. AL. One of the most desired hunting area in Alabama. This 400 +/- acres has two parcels. There are also some large hardwoods that run through the property. This property has 7 green fields on it. Also there is a brand new 40 x 60 equipment shed on the property. The hunting is off the chart good. There are a lot of nice deer on the property, also some hogs. The turkey hunting is excellent. I personally have turkey hunted this property several times and every time I went I would hear at least 6 to 8 turkeys gobble, as many as 12 to 15 turkey gobble in the morning s. It is as good of turkey hunting property as I have ever been on. Don’t wait!! This property will go fast.
