When you think of Tennessee, you think of big, pretty hardwoods, creeks, and lots of wildlife. At the time of photos, there were more than a dozen whitetail deer located aerially by thermal drone on the property. Big white oaks, red oaks and mountain oak seem to be providing a lot of food for these animals. It would be very easy to create several food plots on the property, ideally along the cleared roadbed through the middle of the property. This place really could be a world class hunting property. The potential homesites on this tract are virtually endless. There were so many places I could picture myself building. Overlooking the creek bottom, the stream, or along the ridge top. If you’ve ever thought about building a home amongst the tall hardwoods, I believe this could be a place to take a look at. This property checks a lot of boxes when it comes to land. Incredible hunting, merchantable timber, and great opportunities to build the home you’ve always pictured, I would strongly consider the Van Buren 65 tract if you are looking at land ownership
