Great 404 acre West Texas hunting property! This property offers a variety of wildlife such as white tail deer, mule deer, blue quail, and other species of game animals. There has been little hunting on the land over the last 5 plus years. There are 2 established hunting camps on this property, with a primitive camp at the northern end and the main camp site at the southern end of the property. Prairie Creek runs west to east across the property with a couple of smaller draws running in to it from the north. Many of the deer found on this property can be found in this wet weather creek, coming out to forage on the rest of the property at sunup and sundown. The southern 202 acres is rectangular in shape and comes back up in elevation to create a plateau. There are no perimeter fences for this property and only a short run of fencing near an old pen, that is still standing. No minerals are owned by the seller. This land is under an agricultural exemption and there are cattle that graze this property.
