Seattle home prices by proximity to fantastic ice cream

There are a thousand things to consider when buying a home, but one thing people often forget is proximity to great ice cream. Here at Estately, we are so devoted to the frozen wonders created by Molly Moon’s Homemade Ice Cream, we decided to map out the median home price near each of its eight locations.

Using home sale data from the past 12 months, we determined the median price of homes within half a mile of each Molly Moon’s location. The Redmond and Capitol Hill locations had the lowest home prices, and the Madrona and Wallingford locations had the most expensive.
