Today we’re announcing a new way of doing business as we open in a few key areas: Estately’s in-house agents will provide as much service as possible in Madison, Milwaukee and Indianapolis.

We have always run our business for the customer first; we work with a few, high-quality agents to provide fanatical customer service for every client.

We believe that in certain markets, handling all clients in house will allow us to provide superior customer service and innovate faster. Estately looks forward to working alongside and competing with the traditional brokers in Madison, Milwaukee, and Indianapolis for the benefit of all consumers.

While we may introduce this business model in other new markets, in our existing markets we intend to continue working with our fantastic partner agents.
