Transit Search

Leave your car at your new home! Use Estately's Transit Search to search for homes near light rail and bus stops.

No one wants to move to a new home only to find that they are stuck with a miserable commute, and the bus or train aren't viable options either. Well, now you can narrow your search to areas near transit lines with Estately's Transit Search.

How does it work?

Easy! Check the box (or boxes) for the rail line(s) that you'd like your future home to be near. If there is a bus route you'd like to live close to, simply type the route numbers into the Bus Route box (be sure to separate the route numbers with commas, e.g.: 37, 59, 27).

In case you missed it:

1. Check the boxes next to the rail line(s) you'd like to live near.
2. Enter in the transit stop numbers (or names) you want to live near (such as 1, 5, 39, or link for Sound Transit Link Light Rail).
3. Select how close you'd like to be to bus or rail stops.
4. Click 'Update', count to one, and the map will be updated (ok, maybe two or three).

Does it work with all routes?

Currently, Transit Search is limited to King County Metro and Sound Transit. If there is an agency you would like us to add, please let us know.
